Board of Directors

Serving on the CVATD Board of Directors is a great way to give back to the talent development community while developing your leadership and organizational skills.

Our Board of Directors guides our chapter toward achieving our mission and vision. Each board member brings unique skills and expertise to ensure the success and growth of our chapter. CVATD Board members typically serve 1-2 year terms.

Responsibilities:

Attend regular board meetings and actively participate in discussions.
Assist in setting organizational goals, policies, and priorities.
Oversee financial management and ensure fiscal responsibility.
Support and advocate for CVATD’s programs, events, and initiatives.
Engage in fundraising and sponsorship activities.
Collaborate with other board members to promote the growth and success of the chapter.
