She wears many hats, including as an instructional designer, performance analyst, quality specialist, and project manager. Externally, her goal is to create solutions for clients that achieve higher levels of individual and organizational performance, solve their problems, and follow learner experience design best practices. Internally, she strives to help her team improve and grow in whatever way she is able.

Kate holds a master’s degree in creative writing—fiction from Cleveland State University, as well as a master’s degree in English literature from the University of Toledo. She is a lead singer for Backspin Horns and Rhythm and enjoys knitting, writing, reading, and playing campfire acoustic on her front stoop.
