Become a Business Acumen Superstar

In order to work as strategic business partners (and not order takers), it's imperative that L&D has a robust understanding of the business where we operate. But what do we need to know and where can we find it? This session shares the key items you should learn in order to amp up your business acumen to superstar level. We will also brainstorm strategies to find the information together (supplemented by my research in case any strategies are missed). After all, I have yet to meet an L&D who was given a handbook of everything they needed to know about the business. Most of us find what we need a little at a time, through our own scrappy determination (and a few tips).
