In our fast-paced world, it might seem counterintuitive, but asking thoughtful questions is key to optimizing team and organizational performance. The complex challenges we face require a multitude of perspectives to solve effectively. Many leaders view their main role as providing answers and setting direction. While these contributions are important, asking impactful questions is equally vital and will become increasingly significant in the future.

This session highlights the growing importance of asking better questions to achieve exceptional team and organizational performance. It also presents various types of questions for problem-solving, outlines how to select and prioritize questions, and shares methodologies for incorporating questioning into your leadership style and daily operations.

Key Takeaways:

  • Discover how asking questions can enhance problem-solving and drive performance.
  • Explore different types of questions and recognize when to use them.
  • Build a plan to expand the use of questions for yourself and your organization.
