Over her career she developed deep expertise in strategic succession planning, executive coaching, individual and organizational assessments, and executive onboarding. Darlene blends scientific insights with real-world practices, collaborating with clients to provide leadership coaching, talent management coaching, and targeted development experiences. She holds a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Akron.
