Rachel Crane
Rachel began her career in education and behavioral science. What was intended to be a temporary role while pursuing graduate school turned into an 18-year career, including 13 years as a high school teacher and 5 years as a professional development facilitator and coach. During her time in education, Rachel achieved National Board Certification, earned her Master's degree in Educational Leadership, and contributed to her school district's rise to #8 in state rankings. She also helped launch the Beginning Educator Support Team, a 3-year coaching program for new teachers, and owned a side business providing behavior therapy to children with autism. After relocating to Ohio, Rachel made a career pivot into Learning & Development. As the Organizational Learning & Development Specialist at Kyocera SGS Precision Tools, she supports employee growth by designing and implementing training programs, designing leadership development initiatives and career pathways, and fostering a culture of continuous learning to enhance organizational performance and innovation. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Mass Communication and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Applied Behavior Analysis. She has also completed graduate coursework and certifications in Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Performance Thinking©. Committed to continuous growth and better serving her clients, Rachel is currently pursuing coaching certification through Case Western Reserve University. In her free time, Rachel enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and four sons. She actively volunteers with her local Boy Scout troop and the Great Trail Council.
Jennifer Yaros, dubbed the "Geek Whisperer," is a Solution Architect at SweetRush, where she specializes in crafting innovative and
impactful learning solutions for a diverse range of clients. With over 20 years in Learning and Development, Jennifer has delivered training programs for mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies, combining her strategic vision and creativity to drive business success. A sought-after speaker and author of Conditioning Your Mind to Fuel Creativity, she is passionate about enhancing learner engagement and transforming behavior. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys exploring the trails of Cuyahoga Valley National Park and experimenting with plant-based recipes in her kitchen
