ATD Capability Model Alignment: Developing Professional Capability

Presenter:  Jessica Schemrich

Jessica is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and has a skillset that includes Instructional Design, e-Learning Development, Leadership Development, Team Building, Project Management, and Curriculum Development. In addition to her ATD certification, she also holds certificates in Training and Development from CSU, Project Management from KSU, Microsoft Office Specialist, and Adobe Creative Cloud Associate. Jessica earned her Bachelor’s Degree focused in E-Marketing and Advertising from The University of Akron and applies her knowledge by serving as the President-Elect for the Cuyahoga Valley Chapter of ATD.

A lunch meeting where talent development professionals gather to share ideas. We hold discussions about topics trending in the Talent Development (TD) Magazine and other relevant issues. So, grab your lunch and take this opportunity to network with other talent development professionals.
