Andrew McGuire is a Customer Learning Manager at Elsevier who came to instructional design through college-level English teaching and a graduate degree in English Composition. With 20 years in adult education and 14 in instructional design, he works in customer education, helping people get real value out of complex products. He specializes in xAPI tracking outside the LMS, agile, and data visualizations, and has presented on these topics at industry conferences since 2019.

What is a SIG?

A Special Interest Group (SIG) is a smaller group of members within the Cuyahoga Valley ATD Chapter who share a similar interest in a specific topic.

SIGs offer programming and networking opportunities centered around a particular topic.
