Instructional design works best when everyone moves in the same direction. Agile design brings structure to that collaboration by creating a process that is flexible, efficient, and focused on results.
In this session, you will explore how agile methods can save time, reduce stress for subject matter experts, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
Learn practical ways to keep projects on track, involve the right people at the right times, and create learning experiences that meet both business goals and learner needs.
You will leave with ideas you can apply immediately to build stronger partnerships and better learning outcomes.
