In this session, guest expert Michael Hanly shares practical tips for budgeting e-learning projects. You’ll discover straightforward strategies for estimating project costs, planning budgets clearly, and making the most of your resources.

You’ll also learn how to recognize and apply different Learning Experience Design levels to better align your budget with your project goals. Plus, you’ll get access to useful tools, including an easy-to-use e-learning time and cost calculator and a ready-to-use Storyboard Template to quickly organize your next project.
