Bryan Hart hopes to see a coaching experience for every high schooler and professional in the world. Working as a coach for 12 years and as a coach trainer for 7 years, Bryan focuses on making the field of coaching more accessible. Bryan is credentialed as a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. He coaches and supports coach development with BetterUp while owning and operating his own coach training program which is fully accredited by the ICF at all Levels (1, 2, and 3). His coach training program helps coaches earn their own credentials while preparing them to work in leadership, career development, and executive coaching.

What is the Performance Improvement SIG?

A Special Interest Group (SIG) is a smaller group of members within the Cuyahoga Valley ATD Chapter who share a similar interest in a specific topic.

SIGs offer programming and networking opportunities centered around a particular topic. The Performance Improvement SIG is a forum for learning and development professionals to learn how to apply performance improvement best practices, network, and find areas for collaboration.

Our meetings are held from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
