Please join Therese Longo and Christina Heilig for this interactive session to discover how to maximize the impact of your learning and development initiatives by leveraging job accomplishments.
We'll explore the shift from asking "What do employees need to know or do?" to "What do they need to produce on the job?" to ensure your initiatives drive performance improvement.
You'll leave with insightful strategies and practical approaches for implementation in future projects.
In your registration email, there is an optional pre-read for this session: What it Really Means to be Accomplishment Based.
