Presenters
Jennifer Yaros is a Learning Consultant at Cinécraft Productions. She has a passion for creating effective learning strategies that transform behavior and engage learners.
Jennifer started as a technical writer and instructional designer. She advanced into several leadership roles where she delivered training programs and professional development workshops for mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies.
She speaks at local and national industry events and is the author of Conditioning Your Mind To Fuel Creativity. After two decades in the consulting industry, Jennifer has a strong sense of customer value and looks for ways to help clients achieve their business goals.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time on the trails of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and experimenting in the kitchen to convert her favorite recipes into delicious plant-based meals.
Liz Walker is an Instructional Designer at Medical Mutual. As an Instructional Designer, she thrives on creating impactful learning experiences. Her passion lies in designing and developing training programs that resonate with learners. Whether it’s a classroom session, a virtual workshop, an online module, or a blended learning solution, she strives to make learning engaging and effective.
