Please join us for a Tuesday CCC with Tiffany Lombardo

During this session, I will lead a facilitated discussion with the following objectives:

Define learning objectives that support the training's business goals
Develop SME interview questions based on learning objectives
Coach SMEs through interviews to get the content you need

I will present content on the objectives and also allow for group discussion on best practices.

Presenter

Tiffany Lombardo has over 15 years of experience as a Learning & Development Professional. She began her career as part of the Learning & Development team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. In 2016, she joined the team at Cinecraft Productions as a Learning Consultant and was promoted to Instructional Design Manager. She is passionate about creating innovative and effective learning experiences that engage the learner and achieve business objectives.
