We work hard to build our business and at some point, you may need to consider hiring some help.  We will discuss when and how to access if you need help, what kind of help would really benefit you the most and what you can afford.

We will discuss:

• What do we procrastinate about?
• Virtual assistance
• Spending time selling & marketing
• Where to seek help
• What should you pay others to do for you?

What is the consultants SIG?

A Special Interest Group (SIG) is a smaller group of members within the Cuyahoga Valley ATD Chapter who share a similar interest in a specific topic.  SIGs offer programming and networking opportunities centered around a particular topic. 

The Consultants SIG is a forum for solo practitioners that provide learning and development services to network, share best practices, and find areas for collaboration. It provides a resource for new consultants or those interested in exploring consulting to learn from well-established businesses.  We usually meet on the last Friday of the month at Noon.  Please check our website for our current schedule.
