Consultant's SIG: The Challenges of Being a Solo Entrepreneur

You are probably starting your own business for many reasons but working as a solo Entrepreneur can have it rewards and its challenges.  We will be discussing some of those challenges and how to handle them in our June summer session.  Bring your own challenges to discuss with the group.

• Working from home
• Distractions
• Who do you bounce ideas off of
• Need for socialization not isolation
•  Space and organization

What is the consultants SIG?

A Special Interest Group (SIG) is a smaller group of members within the Cuyahoga Valley ATD Chapter who share a similar interest in a specific topic.  SIGs offer programming and networking opportunities centered around a particular topic. 

The Consultants SIG is a forum for solo practitioners that provide learning and development services to network, share best practices, and find areas for collaboration. It provides a resource for new consultants or those interested in exploring consulting to learn from well-established businesses.  We usually meet on the last Friday of the month at Noon.  Please check our website for our current schedule.
