What NOT to do when hosting a virtual meeting!

Please join us for a lunch time session with Stephanie where she will share best practices for presenting and facilitating virtually.

ATD Capability Model Alignment:    Developing Professional Capability

Presenter:  Stephanie Markovic

Stephanie Markovic brings more than twenty-five years of training, sales, and marketing experience to the table. When the time came for her to combine her varied work experience into a second act, a fellow training consultant suggested that she investigate the learning and development field. The rest is history. Facilitating and training are her passion, and she feels that this is the work she is meant to be doing. Stephanie has worked with over 1,000 people since 2010, and consistently scores over 9.25 out of 10.0 for the programs she has conducted.   Stephanie started her professional career as a pharmaceutical sales representative for The Upjohn Company, where she was promoted twice. Following this position, she transitioned to a medical staffing firm as an account executive. After 9 years in the medical arena, she jumped ship (pun intended) to the transportation industry. FedEx Supply Chain Services was her first foray into logistics, and then she moved to a smaller firm where she worked in the marketing/sales support department.

For over 10 years, Stephanie was a consultant for an international presentation skills organization. There she won the top Consultant of the Year for three separate years: 2019, 2017, and 2016. She facilitates a number of programs, including Everything DiSC Workplace, Productive Conflict, Management and Sales, Apples & Oranges financial literacy simulation, presentation skills and the DDI system of leadership development.   Stephanie earned her M.B.A. degree from the University of Akron. Her experience includes training all levels of staff, from new hires to the C-level, and has worked across multiple industries, including banking, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, transportation, advertising, power electrical equipment, polymers, and tires. Her passion is seeing participants in her programs leave the class exhilarated and having achieved transformative personal growth.
