Susan Aldrich is known for her high energy and entertaining training style. She spends most of her time training and coaching high potential employees to take it to the next level. Over the years she has become an expert in Outlook and OneNote and helps her clients to become more efficient and productive. Susan was raised in Cleveland; she is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace College and serves as the co-facilitator of CVATD’s Consultants SIG. Susan founded Susan Aldrich and Associates in 1997 and is the co-founder of the Northeast Ohio Accelerative Learning Special Interest Group.
