It's YOUR TURN to Level Up!

As talent development professionals, our careers are dedicated to developing others. But let’s not forget how important it is to develop ourselves! When we invest in growing our capabilities, it strengthens our ability to develop others. During this highly interactive session, you will draft your individual development plan and create a support system to help you implement it. And you will receive a video and some resources AFTER the session to help you convince your boss to invest in your development.

We will have a drawing during the session, and EIGHT lucky winners will receive prizes to help them kick-start their development! The prizes include:

  1. A complimentary registration for an ATD certificate program ($2,000 value)
  2. An executive coaching package ($1,500 value)

Faith Sheaffer-Polen

Education changed my life and now I get to help change the lives of others. As Director of the HR Training and Development team, we identify training needs for teams and individuals, create custom programming, as well as, a regular rotation of programs, and (my favorite!) facilitate professional development sessions. Many session participants describe me as "genuine" and "realistic" - terms I am proud to hear because if the learning is not based on real-life application, there isn't much value in it. I am Certified in Myers-Briggs (MBTI), Diversity Training, Emotional Intelligence and Career Management.
