Learning Technologies
with Jessica Schemrich
Why should TD professionals keep themselves updated about learning technologies?
1) Learning is rarely done in a one-to-one fashion
2) Key learning platforms help to multiply the impact
3) The ability to scale is crucial to creating a learning culture
4) Learning technology helps to apply a programmatic approach
Whether it's your goal to reach an entire team, an entire office, or full global representation, learning technology helps to apply a programmatic approach. Learning technology also helps bring relevant data to report on program success versus manually tracking down data. In short, technology helps us do a lot more with less.
