She has spent over 20 years developing successful learning strategies and infrastructures across multiple business sectors, with the goal of helping businesses realize their full potential.

Shannon and her team have worked with organizations to modernize onboarding programs, leadership curricula and enhance sales training programs through the use of blended and microlearning techniques to help them build appropriate content and understanding the "How and Why's" behind microlearning.
