Appreciative Inquiry Workshop: Accelerating Positive Change
Program Description
What is Appreciative Inquiry (AI), and why should I use it in my organization and with my clients? AI is a strength-based approach used to accelerate positive change. During this workshop, you’ll learn more about how one organization turned around a failed training initiative into an award-winning program that produced exponential business results by using AI as its model. Then we’ll dive in and teach you the AI process by experiencing it for yourself. We’ll use a hands-on and highly interactive approach where you’ll experience the positive emotions and optimism evoked by the AI process. This won’t be death by PowerPoint; in fact, we won’t be using any slides! You’ll receive a workbook filled with activities that will also serve as an ongoing reference for using AI in your organization.
What are some applications of AI? The workshop facilitator has used it in the following ways:
- Training program needs analysis and design
- Career coaching
- Employee engagement
- Strategic planning
- Teambuilding
- Sales strategy
- Leadership development
Don’t miss out on your opportunity to network IN PERSON with talent development professionals, learn a new methodology and take home ideas you can apply immediately.
