From Training to Massive Imperfect Action: The Power of Group Coaching to Accelerate Professional Development - Amy Salapski
In a perfect world, training reinforcement includes coaching and on-the-job experiences. In reality, managers are stretched too thin to spend time coaching, and employees don’t recognize opportunities to enhance their learning through work assignments.
Incorporating group coaching into your learning program designs overcomes these roadblocks and fosters sustainable behavior change. Learn more through a group coaching case study that produced unprecedented business results, and begin drafting a group coaching outline for one of your learning projects during this interactive session.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the session, the participants will be able to:
- Describe the objectives of a group coaching program
- Outline a group coaching program structure
- Summarize the key benefits of incorporating group coaching into learning program design
