Alison is Manager of Learning and Development for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company where she manages global coaching and supports executive development. She facilitates Inside Out CoachingTM and TeamGROW sessions to help leaders find new, more collaborative ways to achieve their business goals. Alison leads the Global Mentoring program at Goodyear, the Global Associate Learning Week and other initiatives to leverage Goodyear’s social capital.
Alison is a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC), an International Coach Federation Coach (ACC) and a Certified Serving Leader Advisor.
She has facilitated strategic planning sessions for executives and organizations across the U.S.; and she is a professional speaker with over 100 appearances in the US and abroad.
As Director of Strategic Initiatives at Cleveland Clinic, Alison lead Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness. She was a developer of the unique “Cleveland Clinic Experience”, a multi-year culture change featured in the book Service Fanatics: How to Build Superior Patient Experience the Cleveland Clinic Way.
Alison served as Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Clinical Operations for a multi-state healthcare company in California. Alison earned her B.S. at Cornell University and her M.S. from Boston University and has contributed to several publications and white papers.
Drawing on this unique combination of skills, Alison advises leaders on how to execute and anchor complex change, joyously, through coaching people and teams.
