Building Bridges with (LEGO®) Bricks

We all know that organizations sometimes face difficult - sometimes even polarizing - issues.

Constructive conflict resolution is the key to keeping groups engaged and working together, even when the people involved come from different backgrounds or hold different values.

In this workshop, "Building Bridges with Bricks," we will use the current political climate as a perfect example of a polarizing issue.  Heidi will incorporate the Lego Serious Play materials and methodology to help participants move away from frustrating social media political arguments and explore current issues and values using a more constructive form of communication.

Participants will receive their own set of LEGO® Bricks.
