Are you in a rut? Is the template you use boring and out-of-date? Have you been doing this so long that you’ve run out of new ideas? Has the fun been sucked out of your job? It happens to the best instructional designers – stale, cookie cutter courses.

Get ready to spark those creative brainwaves back into action with Learning Battle Cards! These cards are going to make instructional design fun again.

In this hands-on session learn how to use this innovative new tool from XY Learning Team to:

  • Promote creativity in course development.
  • Brainstorm ideas with your development team or client.
  • Learn new training methods and tools.

I’m not affiliated with XY Learning Team, but I have had conversations with its owners. They are a great group of people and passionate about training. They developed Learning Battle Cards through a collaboration with training and talent development professionals. I really enjoy using these cards and I’m sure you will too.

Participants will be able to use Learning Battle Cards to:

  • Promote creativity in course development.
  • Brainstorm ideas with your development team or client.
  • Learn new training methods and tools

Register by Friday, November 4 to win a set of Learning Battle Cards.

About Jennifer Yaros

Jennifer Yaros

Jennifer is the Vice President of Operations at Radcom, an instructional design and technical documentation company. She has been developing online and classroom training for eleven years.

Her current responsibilities include keeping up with industry trends, evaluating new technologies, and developing and estimating training solutions for clients. Often the best solution (or dream solution) for a client is not within their budget, so Jennifer must be creative in developing a solution that meets the learning goal, the client’s visions, and the limited budget.

Jennifer has been promoting creativity within her company to increase employee engagement and client satisfaction. She even has a “creativity corner” in her office where she likes to put on her Empress Crown and draw on her whiteboard, brainstorming ideas.
