This contracted role will support the development and delivery of job-related training in a variety of topics across multiple industries, including: advanced manufacturing, aerospace/aviation, automotive, bio-health, IT, energy and petrochemicals, financial services, food and food processing, logistics and distribution. This role will also build upon the menu of available training and resources currently available across the JobsOhio network of partners.
Design and develop training curriculum and learning resources for clients.
Maintain communication with JobsOhio career, clients, and others within the project lifecycle.
Ensure that clients receive quality and timely training services.
Ensure client project objectives and goals are met.
Complete all necessary county paper documents and forms.
Follow project requirements and monitor progress within a project and recommend training and curriculum modifications.
Follow JobsOhio's and clients' procedures adhering to sound customer service principles and necessary for effective training delivery.
Ability to relate to a wide array of persons and demonstrate active listening skills
Displaying a professional level of awareness within/across industry
Computer literacy with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Internet.
Demonstrating customer relation techniques, superior verbal, and communications skills
Prioritization of work to meet project deadlines
Recognition and maintenance of confidential materials, project details, and client programs
Retain accurate records with a timely follow-up system
Working independent and within client/project deadlines
Creating, delivering, and facilitating training activities based on adult learning techniques
A Bachelor's degree is preferred in with at least 3 years' experience designing and delivering training.
3 years of customer relationship management or project management experience.
Certifications in industry-specific training, human development or other credentials (CPTM, Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.) are welcome to apply in support of a wide array of clients.
