What is Coffee, Chat and Contacts?  It is a morning meeting where trainers get-together and share ideas.  There is a facilitator who leads the meeting, however, it is open conversation.

Brought on by a limited pipeline, a retiring workforce, reshoring, and the changing pace of technology, the gap between the need for skilled workers and the availability of this talent is profound. According to a recent SME survey, 9 out of 10 manufacturers are challenged to find skilled workers.  Not only manufacturing feeling the effects of skill gaps, all industry is starting to feel the limited supply of skilled workers.
