NEOASTD Coffee, Chat and Contacts (CCC)

What is Coffee, Chat and Contacts?  It is a morning meeting where trainers get-together and share ideas.  There is a facilitator who leads the meeting, however, it is open conversation.

Topic: Your Work Style in Color: A Colorful appraoch to Working Relationships

Time: 7:30 to 8:00    Gather, network and eat

          8:00 to 9:00    Eat, discuss topic, network

          9:00 to 9:30    Stay as you wish and continue

                                      to network and discuss topic

 

Cost: Free, all you have to pay for is your breakfast

 

Have you ever attended a class where the activities, ALL of them, annoyed you to no end? They were either too boring or too energetic.

By understanding the different work styles, you will be able to ensure that all your learning events will cater to the different work styles.

Dave Meier suggests we create activities that cater to the different learning styles. That’s great and we should. I suggest that in addition, we create to a person’s work style as well.
