CCC - Building the Pipeline of Resilient Leaders - Annette Cremo

Right now, American businesses are staring down the prospect of unprecedented change in many areas.   The futurescape will be different than it is today. Is your organization prepared for future leadership challenges? When you look to grow the leadership capabilities of an organization, you can do this in one of two ways.  You can look outside the organization, recruiting and hiring the best seasoned leaders, or you can build a pipeline of talented resilient professionals capable in leading the organization into uncharted territory.  Identifying, fostering, and nurturing internal talent may be the key to filling your leadership pipeline.  So, in order to prepare your leaders for the future, what can you do?

Session Overview

There is no doubt that the future begins now. It is your responsibility to help prepare your organization for leadership consistency and organization sustainability.  Organizations that embrace and nurture future leaders are more prepared to face disruptive organizational and societal challenges. It also makes sense from a human perspective, because individuals who are in these Resilient Leadership Pipeline programs are more engaged employees which will lead to a stronger and healthier organization. This session discusses the what, the who, and the how of developing a vibrant resilient leadership pipeline.
