Game Changer - Utilizing Gamification Strategies to Motivate Teams, Drive Productivity, and Create Trainings that Engage

The business world has long used elements of gamification to drive consumer behavior and reward brand loyalty.  You can look at your own shopping habits to see this in action.  We utilize frequent flier miles, grocery store member cards, save up our coffee perks, or redeem points from paying our bills, all while looking for the next reward level.  How can we incorporate these strategies into our trainings, regardless of topic, to make professional development fun and engaging?

In this session, we'll discuss 6 elements of gamification, how they drive motivation and behavior, and how they can be applied in a variety of contexts to help boost team productivity, collaboration, and synergy.
