By using fun and out-of-the-box activities we can leverage learning and break the boredom barrier in a classroom setting.

About the Facilitators:
Heidi Spangler is the owner of Backwards Bicycling, LLC and is a certified facilitator in the Lego Serious Play method. She creates custom workshops for clients in a variety of industries, to engage teams and improve communication. She resides in Parma, Ohio.
Luann Spaethe has been in the financial services industry for 25+ years and currently specializes in the training and development of sales professionals.She resides in Akron and is currently employed by Key Investment Services.
