A discussion about topics trending in this month's Talent Development (TD) Magazine.

An opportunity to network with other talent development professionals.

Dual Role: SMEs as Classroom Trainers 

Bringing subject matter experts (SMEs) into the classroom can be one of the best things leaders can do. SMEs bring experience, perspective, and credibility to the learning process. Their stories bring content to life.

Reliance on SMEs also brings risk.  SMEs may not understand that the delivery of information doesn't always ensure learning transfer.

Join us Friday, May 6 as we explore ways to help SMEs share their expertise while ensuring learning transfer.
